A 4 day safari to Bwindi national park the home to the mighty Gorillas. Enjoy the gorilla trekking adventure get to spend time observing their interactions,grooming and behaviour with each other.
Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, by our representative will meet and transfer you to Airport Guesthouse, Entebbe for overnight.
Balance of the day spent at leisure with dinner under own arrangements/on own account.
After breakfast, check out and meet your driver/guide, after a safari briefing, driven to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is located in southwestern Uganda. It covers an area of approximately 331 square kilometers. The park is popular for its biodiversity, particularly its population of endangered mountain gorillas. It is home to roughly half of the world’s remaining mountain gorilla population, making it a crucial conservation area. Bwindi is a UNESCO World Heritage Site, recognized for its ecological significance and rich diversity of flora and fauna. Dense forest, steep hills, and deep valleys characterize the terrain. This provides a challenging yet rewarding environment for trekking, hiking, walking and birdwatching.
With lunch at a local restaurant en-route, arrive at Gorilla Valley lodge for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, transfer to the park offices for a guided Gorilla tracking excursion.
Later trek back to base where your driver/guide will be waiting to transfer you back to the lodge for lunch. Spend the rest of the day at leisure with dinner and overnight at the lodge.
After breakfast, drive back to Entebbe.
With lunch, en route arrive in Entebbe and proceed to the Entebbe International airport for your departure flight.
